Can I get PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) if I have a pending FIR [for Sec 279, 337 & MVA 134 (A) (B)] against me?
Where do I apply for PCC? The city where FIR is registered? OR the city where I am currently staying OR the city where I use to stay previously/where the Passport is issued?
