PF issue

I am an ex-employee. I was working in this company since December 2016 but now left and my 6-months salary and 3 years PF amount is pending with the company he did not submit but each month he was deducting PF amount from my salary. I left the company in September 2020. I want sue to the employer for non-payment of salary. In February 2021 I made a complaint through the labour union in the labour commissioner officer he issued a letter to the Employer in may 2021. but due to lockdown, I can not go to attend the hearing. and today is 26th July 2021. no information in this regard, when I ask from the labour union about that he says that at this time labour court is not operational (in Delhi lockdown removed from last 1 month). our employer is a very clever contractor, he has his own advocate.
