In recent times essential commodities rates are going very high which are unbearable by comman men. Government failed to control essentail commodities rates.

Can any one file a PIL against the Government? Is it permissable?

IF U PIN-POINT THE PARTICULAR FAILURE MADE ESCALATION OF ESSENTIAL COMMODATIES, WE CAN MAKE IT AS FAILURE OF PARTICULAR GOV. TAKING AS GROUND WE CAN FILE  PIL, EVERY STATE OR COUNTRY RATHER  FACING  THE SAME PROBLEM.

I FEEL IT IS DIFFICULT TO A FILE PIL
