Please answer me someone

yesterday i met my mro / thalisdar.. i have applied as obc in staff selection commision. as my caste is listed in ncbc central list of obc .. now my mro is saying he  cant  give my obc because we are oc in state.. what is this ? i never claimed any reservation till now.. when i want to claim my right i am getting this type of response.. please help me..when my caste is in central list why  cant he give me obc reservation?

The Tahsildar cannot do something beyond his  control, if he refuses to do so, it should be within the frame of state government rules on.  To solve this issue, you just obtain a community certificate on your name mentioning you belong to the particular caste of that community and with the GO copy of the Central list and the community certificate, you can send the application meant for the job under the said reservation quota, do it and wait for the outcome. You can attach an affidavit duly notarized giving effect to your statement.
