Sir is A document legal ? They registered document while pending suit. Both civil and criminal

law of limitation of a deceased personal loan account when neither heirs nor guarantors revived the documents

I am as heirs.in loan documents there is no name of heirs

a person had taken a personal loan from a bank in December 2011.in loan documents he had not mentioned the name of heirs(me) he had given the mob.no.of a third person known to me
l also not aware about this loan. recently bank's called to pay the loan amount just double of the principal amount. no revial/acknowledgement has been done either me or the third person. 6 years lapsed. please let me know what will happened in this case. till date they had not filed the court case .As per my opinion a loan account become a time. barred after 3years of last paid installments /or from the execution of document.
