Please help...husband wants to marry some other girl

i was married to a doctor last year but probability he is having affair with some girl from past year (which might be my misunderstanding) but now i have given birth to two girl childs due to which my husband's and his family's behaviour have completely changed. my husband have stopped talking to me and same is the case of my in-laws. last year due to problems between my father in law & husband, my father in law had dishonoured my husband from his property. so we were living at my  husband's workplace. but after few days my husband kept visiting his parent's home. now due to two girl children my in laws are not properly dealing with me. now my query is that:

i) is it legal if my husband without telling me marry/ start liv in relationship with some other girl?

ii) what should i do if my in laws or my husband reject to accept me?

iii) does my daughters have any right in the property of my father-in-law?

please help me...

thanking in advance..

hello,

i) is it legal if my husband without telling me marry/ start liv in relationship with some other girl?

Ans. no. if he marry then he can be booked for bigamy.

ii) what should i do if my in laws or my husband reject to accept me?

Ans.They cannot do so. Have to filed any case against them ?

iii) does my daughters have any right in the property of my father-in-law?

Ans. Yes. if u are governed by hindu laws then According to the new Section 6 of the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005, the daughter of a coparcener becomes a coparcener by birth in her own rights and liabilities in the same manner as the son. The declaration in Section 6 that the daughter of the coparcener shall have same rights and liabilities in the coparcener property as she would have been a son is unambiguous and unequivocal.

If he starts LIVE-IN with a lady who is not a wife of soe other fellow, Ur husband can not be held for BIGAMY.

There r very many chances that HE WIL APPLY HIS MIND & WONT MARRY SOMEBODY ELSE WHILE 1ST MARRIAGE IS STIL EXISTING............he is a doctor yaar, why he wil hit his foot on axe directly!
