Plot share certificate from developer

Our building in Mumbai, which was originally tenanted, has been redeveloped in 2009, Society has been registered and ownership  documents of all 14 flats are duly stamped and registered.  Deed of Assignment for the building, in favour of the Society, has been stamped and registered in 2012. However the developer has not submitted the share certificate of the plot of the building, duly endorsed in Society's favour, till date.
Developer does not give proper response to the Society on its request for endorsed Share certificate to the plot of the society building.
Please suggest the course of action in the matter and oblige.

Complain against the developer to the RERA.

Thank you Sir, but RERA refuses to entertain our complaint as Deed of Assignment for the building has already been executed. It is the share certificate of the plot of land that has not been endorsed in favour of our Society.
