Poa

A Power of Attorney was given by Mr. D to Mr. B to act on his behalf in a particular transaction.
If Mr. D himself acts in this Transaction without cancelling the Power of Attorney , will it be considered as revocation of Power of Attorney given to Mr. B

Yeah! It is called revocation of power of Attorney by D  of B by implication.

Is the poa registered ??

Law Aspire (Legal)     16 June 2017

Yes It is registered
whats the difference in that

Advocate Bhartesh goyal (advocate)     16 June 2017

No,unless the power of attorney is not cancelled through registered deed,it Will be presumed in existence and effective.

If it is unregistered , will it make any difference

Advocate Bhartesh goyal (advocate)     16 June 2017

if the power of attorney is unregistered then a intimation for cancellation of poa through registered post is essential.

Registered power has to be canceled And its not a big deal
