Can Police interfere into the matter pertaining to a household without a proper complaint lodged by anybody, with the Police Station? If such thing happens (may be under the influence of a promoter), and the O.C. of the local P.S. remains inactive and tries to avoid the incident then what should be the next course of actions for the affected persons (whose security has been threatened)?
