I had purchased plot with 3 room, deed of assignment executed & registered. I am in posession of 2 room; in one room original owner lugage is laying. he is not responding and not accepting his remaining ammount . so even though i am ready to pay, he is not disclosing his address ,not vacating third room,not accepting money. That third room has two doors one through my house(locked) and other from outside.
The biggest strong point of original owner is that he belongs to SC /ST and always threatens to use Atrocity act as wepon.
How to should I deal in such situation
Option :
0)shall i enter in that third room .since I am owner now
a)Should not act and keep pending
b)go to police
c)go to civil court for injuction then fear about atrocity
