Hi All,

I worked for Ascomp Technologies, new delhi from Jan 2006 till June 2007. I resigned on 22 june 2007 with 1 day notice period. My employer didn't give me my june salary stating that it will be adjusted against notice period. but after that he was demanding 20000 rs more for giving me my experinece and relieving letter. it's being 2.6 years from now, i told him so many times that i need my documents but he is denying the same. how do i get my documents now?

Please help...
