Previous Employer not giving Experience and Relieving Lett

Hi,

I worked for Mithas Labs as a Project Lead, Chennai from Feb 2008 to Sep 2010.

I resigned on 06 Sep 2010 without notice period.

Reson for releving:

my management(Mithas Labs) assigned a new task that i need to canvass colleges near to my native place
and motivate college students for clinical data Management courses.

but the new task is not interested to me. this task is not suitable to me.

My employer didn't give me my experinece and relieving letter without any reason.

it's being 2.6 years from now, i send mail,post that i need my documents, but i can't get any reply.

how do i get my documents now?

Please help.

If this institute does not come under the definition of state no writ can be filed. Collect the information from bank as salary statement what you would have got from this employer. You can approach to labour court for other releives.
