Is it legal to stand in someone's private property and record them without their permission in India please tell me brief about

It is an academic query.  It is against to law.

 According to Indian law, it does not determine what privacy is but provides legal protection in the case where privacy will be afforded.

If the individual is audible and visible and doesn't have a reasonable expectation of privacy, it is acceptable to record them without their knowledge.
