Hi,
I bought an apartment 3 years ago in 1st floor. Now in our bedroom, there is a leak from my top floor residents bathroom, i,e., 2nd floor. We requested them to fix that problem but they didn't agreed to it. We went and proposed to share the expenses for their bathroom repair in 50:50 basis. But still they didn't agreed to it. When we came forward to bear the whole expenses then also they're not agreeing to get it repaired and are threatening us saying that they'll file a case against us if we try to take it matter to them again. They are not worried about this leak as the water is leaking into our bedroom. Can you please suggest how can we take this forward?
