I really need help!
What happened was my guitar processor worth 13Krs got busted which i had purchased from bajaao.com, then they asked me to send it back to them.i did so a month back! even untill today they have not repaired,IT IS UNDER WARRANTY.when i ask them abt the processor they just delay it by a week saying "your processor will be ready in a weeks time, we will inform u when it is ready to be shipped"(this has happened 3 times). 3 days back i called them and they said they wud get back to me on the issue.and neva did.i called them yest and the same happened.I went to their website and enquired about a product using a different email id and they replied within an hour,but every msg i send enquiring about that processor is ignored! that really got me mad! i wanna sue those people! i wanna hit them where it hurts! what are my chances of doing so?
please help me!
