Process for litigation in private bank

Now a day most of bank are now under Private Management. Billions of employees are working in these banks with offer letter mentioned that in case of any legal disbute judication is only particular location.

But In Private Bank employee are working in different parts of India as per location preference and posting so if any disbute arise in service matter what is judication to file suit as per court of law.

Respected Sir,

Not a Specific Issue but having client which are not interested to start litigation with company due to clause mentioned in the appointment letter about jurdiscation.

So kindly guide as per court of law, when there is violation of any service rule laid by company in his comapny service policy Could any employee of that company start litigation in their last place of working to get Justice.
