Proof of Delivery

It is undoubtedly the one which you sent by R.P.A.D. but you may get confirmation from postal dept. if you don't receive the A.D. card.

My knowledge is not mature but i think both have same evidentiary value as both are recorded in postal records. The difference is registered post is insured also.

UPC posts do not raise presumption, its registered cover only from where presumption can be drawn.

The query is relating to Proof of DELIVERY and not Proof of POSTING. Proof of DELIVERY is not given by postal department for posting under Certificate of Posting, hence it does not have evidentiary value unlike R.P.A.D., where the postal department furnishes us the record of delivery.
