The vendee has to mention consideration amount to be paid through Bank.
However, neither facts nor query is clear., which appear to be hypothetical and exam type question paper.

Buyer need not to certify and clarify in sale deed regarding source of money but has to furnish the details of payments made to seller through cheques and cash.
