i have a small piece of land in legal dispute with les pendey in 7/12 mentiod .i have a query wheni filed income tax it is show in asset land i owned and it goverment value ,i want to ask if land is in legal legistation then in income tax asset we can show as asset or not .if i dont show my land as asset in income tax since it in legal dispute is it a problem in future to me .i am filling income tax so i dont knw what to do to show or not ?????
