Property - Old age lady - Will by brother

Dear all,

My mother's aged 62 years. His brother(Mr.Gajjar) died with no issue & among 4 sisters he made will in favour of his younger sister major proportion of property. But one of the sisters's son(Mr.Prakash) - who is advocate working with Mr.Gajjar chaged all the will & tranferred all the property in his name. The executors (Mr.Pravin - uncle of Mr.Prakash made notary stamp of his partner - Mr.Sharma with their assistant Mrs.Parnita) & even after one and half year not showing the original will copy to any family members.

What is rights of woman in this case ? All are advocates & know the rules of law.

Challenge the will.  Your mother will have to file a suit for declaration and injunction.  Within 3 years from the date of knowledge of the fake will suit will have to be filed.

As a Legal heir she can also file a criminal complaint against all the suspected persons, setting out the

forgeries in brief.
