property shares

Dear Sir,

I want to know regarding below mentioned quaries.

1. My father have three sisters and one brother. one brother and one sisters has died.They all are married.

We lives in a old house, and one another house has been vacanted soon by us from a tenant after orders of high court of Himachal Pardesh.The total cost of case has been bear by us .

2. All the maintainness has been done by us to maintain the old house.

Now,one sister wants to take their share in the grand father's property? Is it complsary according to law to distribute the shares to all share holder?

3.Is there any grounds to not distribute the same to all others?Because, we do not want to sale of the said property.

Please advice me soon.

if the ancestrol property you have , you must give share's all legal heirs, or share value amount

Dear Sir,

Thanx for advise. I want to know some more regarding this.

1. We have not financily strong and nor have any regular source of income to pay the share amount to them.

In this condition, what they will do?

2.Out of three shares only one share holder wants their share in property and another wants to give their shares to my name. I want to know that , All share holders will came to the court together in a same day or will came one by one one on any day ? As i have come to know that all shares will come in the court on same day. Please suggest.

3. I dont want to sale off my father's property due to heartly senitments. So pls Suggest to me the best way regarding this.Your reply will be highly appriciate to me.
