Proprietorship company

Dear sir,I got  married  in 2010. In 8 months wife  went to  her  home  because of  some  disputes.  She  sent me a  legal  notice  stating  lots of  allegations. Immediately  I replied with  a help of my  lawyer that  I am  ready  to face  legal actions  if any. After 6 months, I filed a  divorce  petition. During  trial, wife  filed  petition for  restitution of  conjugal rights. The  case  run for 3 years.  Finally l proved  all her allegations  are  false and  baseless. Judge  pronounced  judicial  separation  in my  divorce  petition.  Her petition  for  restitution  of conjugal rights  dismissed. After a  year  I married  an illiterate  girl.eventhough it's  bigamy, the marriage is  annulled  one., null & void as per  my  little  knowledge. In 2013 I  started  a service business which is  registered as sole proprietorship company  in second wife  name.all taxes are  properly  paid.  Last  year I  got  stroke and  paralyzed.  Now  the second wife  treating me  cruelly  by insisting  me  to transfer  all my  properties to  her name. I run 11 years   to build  the  business. I would like to  get back  the  company. Because  she  couldn't  run  as she is  illiterate, in case  if any  mishappening to  me.  Please  guide me  to get  back  my  business & keep it alive

Get all the properties and business transferred in your name as soon as possible.

Judicial separation must have been applied by you it can be resumed officially as well as juidicially, which you can and should rejoin with your (original) wife.

Judicial separation is not divorce hence this second marriage is void marriage.

However, as all the properties are in your name alone, you may better get them secured and also transfer the business to your name immediately but very confidentially without she coming to know about it. You can consult an advocate and proceed as suggested.
