I have provisional possession letter which i have demanded and recevied from builder in Apr-2015. As per agreement project should be completed by Mar-2015. But, due to some technical issues project is delayed and now in position to give actual possession in Dec-2017, but as per MAHA RERA completion date is Sept-2018. Now, builder is not ready to give me compensation for delay in possession and saying you already have possession with you.
Now, should I go to Maha RERA and file a complaint or deny paying outstanding amount becasue I have possession letter and Legally, the person with the right of possession has the right to occupy and use the property.
Also the outstanding amount and compensation will be approx. same?
Please suggest a way forward.
