PW1

Hi all,

I have a query. In my both dvc and nullification of marriage case, pw1 stage has came. I have to file PW1. In regard to this I need help.

DVC case:

In PW1 of dvc does signature of other advocate is necessary in addition to my advocate?

Divorce

In divorce case my lawyer is not helping, so can I file PW1 alone without my lawyer or her signature as advocate is necessary?

also advocate signature other than my advocate is also compulsory?
