To my knowledge there are reservation amenities to OBC and Minorities, but not for inter-caste marraiges.

Please check with the District social welfare department regarding the welfare schemes in such inter religion marriages.  Such welfare schemes are state subject, it differs from one state to another hence you may verify the same from your district social welfare department about such facilities.

There is a protection/punishment from the Govt, in case anybody goes against inter-caste marraige, but there are no benefits of it.
