Query on Remedy under specific releif act

Can a suit under the specific relief act be filed to ask for a declaration that a employee under govt service has been recruited as per legal procedures laid down by law and is a legal employee and no notices against the recruitment shall be issued against the employees recruitment in the future?

There can never be such a condition.  The regular employee is bound by the disciplinary rules and regulations applicable to that organization.  However, unless through accepted/laid down/precedents, an employee can not be terminated as per the employer's whims and fancies.  Contact a local advocate who is experienced in such employee matters and get clarification on your doubts/fears.  Go through the appointment letter and the agreement executed by you for precise knowledge.

Pathetically no such suit is maintainable.

If at all he is a government employee, in case of any relief or remedy is sought due to the crisis the employee may face at his place of working, he may have to approach the administrative tribunal with an application venting out his grievances  and seeking an t=intervention besides relief and remedy to the existing problem.

There is no such provisions in labor  law to enforce your such vague desires.

there can be no estoppel as to law. if law favours them, they cannot be estopped from reversing their earlier legal stand. you may fight their decision in the court of law. however, final opinion cannot be given without perusing all the facts & documents.
