Hi,
I had seen a "Proposal Application" for shared custody/parenting as amend of main custody petition u/s 25 of GWA or s26 HMA. It was posted on this forum by Ld. member/counsel Mr. TaJobs long time back.
It was sugested to have worked well in case of minor girl child.
My question is on process:
At what stage after filing of main custody petition should this additional application be proposed? Or should the proposal points be included in the main custody petition and filed? What I mean is whether this proposal should be admitted on day 1 while filing OR at some later point of time after her WS?
