Recording of discussion inside family court

Hi Experts - Last week my wife brought my son(6years) to family court to my petition for child interim custody. I had also filed a child custody petition under GWA S25. Court asked to sit on corner bench inside the court room do chat with son for 1 hr. I was talking to him while my wife was continuously objecting and turning him against me from other side. I recorded audio of the compelete conversation. There are many places my wife's voice clearly heard and advicing him exactly opposite of what I say, some time telling him I stole some photos from her and all.

My question is - can I use this audio as evidence for poisoning child's mind against his father? My lawyer says recording inside court room is crime and I can not use that audio.

Thanks.

You may say that incidently it got recorded

or your kid was playing with it or you were playing with it.

Intension is required in a crime and you can take that affirmative defense also if it is going to prove wife's tactics of tutoring the child.
