hi i want to know what is the procedure to get the share of land through executipn petition at a district court.
my widow sister with a minor daughter has got a share confirmed through partition suit from her husband side(part of decree holder) of ancestral property. The defednant side is in forced processesion by all rogue means. just want to know whthe if going for execution petition will be a right solutin for this.
some say, execution petitin wont take time ,if no stay in place, and will be handed over within a year and the process will be a breeze while others say it wil take decades even for execution petition itself. please suggest a best way so she can get her share earlier and have a peaceful living.
