RECOVERY OF JEWELRY

The parents-in-law and the husband have pledged whole jewelry  of a married woman  against her wishes. The jewelry was gifted by her parents at the time of marriage and other ceremonies. When the girl made a demand that her jewelry be returned to her she was driven out of her matriminial home by one and all.

Now what is to be done legally so that the jewelry is recovered from the parents-in-law and husband.
