The police cannot furnish or procure the details of his immovable assets to court, you have to approach the concerned Tahsildar to ascertain the immovable assets lying on his name by an order of court.
The deposit of 20% of cheque amount is discretionary order and not mandatory.
For execution of bailable warrant, if the accused s not found in the given address then you may have to find out from your sources about his latest address.
If you are not able to find his new address then how can you expect the police to know about it.
you may have to wait and watch closely about his movements and then inform police at the right time.
