Sir,
I'm doing MBA in jaipur national university through distance mode , i have made online payment of my fee two times due to wrong confirmation from college side.
I did my first time payment on 25 Aug 2015 and second time on 27 Aug 2015. from last three months my course support execetive was telling that you will get the amount soon(till yesterday).
Now he is telling that management have decided to compansate a course instead of money.but i want my money to be refund.
please share your thoughts what can i do in this case.
