after marraige husband left away india promising he will send visa papers from there no communication i stayed with my mother in laws house with in four months of marraige i got physicaaly hurted by inlaws that head injury 4 stiches and boiled water on right hand wrist
that time we did not kept any police case because the marraige is over just 4 months and the guy is not here so in order to secure my marraige life we waited till the guy comes.
and later after one half year filed 498a and aftermonth dvc now the case is for trail
coming to evidence part regarding the allegations hited with iron rod 4 stiches and bioled water iwent to private doctor who is well known to my family and some of the persons at the time bleeding there by persons have seen
here my doubt is the evidence can be admissible that doctor if he come and say to court and the person who saw there while coming out of mother in laws hose with bleeding
