Now looking for further education, first lady can get access to birth certificate of the second son who born by ART , sperm donation, which will amount to Adultery by ICMR guidelines, now my friend wanted to settle the issue, so spoken with other end, the father of the first lady asks to file divorce to my friend, and he said he will file memo of consent over the divorce, she is not agreeing mutual consent divorce, on other end my friend demanded to withdraw dowry and all other criminal cases on him, she agrees, but her father says no Mutual consent, my friend agreed to give a flat on his first son name, the rent of flat is maint for boy and first lady, who is also employed.
1. How to restrict first lady to further not claim maintenance in this mode of settlement without mutual consent?
