If she is employed and drawing a handsome salary then she will not be eligible for maintenance amount, but you have to prove her income and source of income through documentary evidence.

As far as the child is concerned you may file a child custody case and ask for visitation rights as an interim relief.

As the matter in pending in the Court, the issues need to be faced on merits.

Thank you for you reply sir. I don't have her salary slip, bank statement, but i know her working organization. How i get documentary evidence about her salary.

The required records could be summoned through the Court.

You can mention in your petition that she is employed in so and so organisation hence a direction to the employer may be sought to be sent through court to the employer seeking the salary income particulars of the employee, the court can send a notice to the employer
