i was working as a senior resident in a govt medical college in rajasthan. i completed a year in nov 2013 and reapplied for extension in the same month. which should be again for a year , but in 12 march 2014 the office gave a notice that my extension is only till 31 march 2014 with no reason.
despite my regular asking for the reason the authorities are not replying
i would like to know whether they are allowed to do so when the order says that the extension should be for a yr and not less.. also they have replied late . and why should i suffer for their mistakes. also under what category does a senior resident come . what rules should be applied on us - do rajathan service rules apply on this post.
