Regarding selling of land

Hi - We are in phase of selling agricultural land and all of the coparceners have executed the release deed and there is no litigation pending as of now. Now one of our relative is spreading false news that still the co-parceners have not signed and this is causing confusion among the buyers. Because of this buyers are turning around.

We went to police station and explained them the issue, but they are refusing to take any action.

Can someone suggest what we can do here to keep him away from our business?

Not a legal question. Ward off the rumors by showing your customers relevant documents.

Thank you.
