Dear Mohan Reddy,

Loss formalities to be complied, such as complaint with police authorities, non traceable certificate from police department, paper publication about the fact of loss of the document in English as well as in Vernacular Language given by an advocate locally and No claim Certificate from him to be obtained before purchasing the above property.
