My sister X bought a property. Unfortunately, on day of registry, she was not present for registry. With her consent, I registered the property in my sisters X name but with sister Y photograph. It was an amicable family decision and they both are good. They both agree to share the profits equally in property sale. How to change the ownership now and rectify the registry photo?
Both of them are married now and live in different cities with their families.
