Rejection of Bail in Attemp to Murder Case.

My father was attempted to Murder. He was in hospital for almost 25 days. Case Registeted u/s 326, 307. The accused is not yet arrested and is absconding. He has other cases too including Arm Act. He was on bail for his earlier crimes. In my father case, He applied for bail in lower court but was rejected. Now he has appealed for bail in high court. We received the info today from Local PS. Hearing is on Monday (12th Sept). What can be done from ourside so that his bail gets rejected.

If the accused is not arrested and absconding, his application should be for grant of anticipatory bail and not regular bail, isn't it ?

Consult  a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts and professional advise.
