Rejoin psu within 90 days of relieving

I have resigned from psu and completed notice period for higher education prospects. But now I want to join back. Is it possible to join back within 90 days of relieving.

As per law, an employee cannot rejoin the same job ,once the resignation is accepted, because when the resignation is accepted , then there is no relation between employee and employer.
