Joinder of petitioners as per CPC rules 1 and 2 explain about the joinder of petitioners, Rule 1 provides that all persons may be joined in one suit as plaintiffs - (i) where the right to relief alleged to exist in them arises out of the same act or transaction or series of acts on transactions, and (ii) where, if such persons brought separate suits, any common question of law or fact would arise. Therefore these people submit affidavits to court of law. this is called joineder affidavits. Rejoinder affidavit comes under rule 19 OF c.p.c. Rejoinder Affidavit can be taken as a evidence in any court in india as per which section becasue the inddian evidence act does not defines a Rejoinder Affidavit.
