sir,
I am a priest in a temple situated at Delhi from last 11 years.now a managing committee member wants me to go away from the temple due to his personal enmity with me and wants to appoint new priest.
what are rights/remedy available to me.whether I will be deemed as employee or not. pls guide me.

File a petition in High court with your appointment letter original and releaved letter from the temple management for injustice to your post. To fight with the management you must have appointment letter and dismissal/releaved letter.
