Removal of pipal tree (statetree) from my personal plot in ambala

I have a plot in Ambala which is in Haryana and there are 3 pipal trees in that plot. I raised a request to our local forest officeer to give me an approval to remove those trees and can let me know what fees needs to be paid or where alternate trees needs to be planted. I got a reply from him that peepal is the state tree of Haryana and since Amabal is in Haryana they will not allow removal cutting of those trees from my private property.

I am not sure how can i proceed further on this as i need to construct my property and the DFO is not allowing holding the plea that Peepal is the state tree.

Please help.

First of all ascertain, if necessary, under RTI Act, the law/authority under which pepal is declared and also, the conditions/contigencies under which the tree could be removed and the procedure for the getting approval, if any.

Use RTI to get copy of the notification declaring this tree as state property. and notification delaring the curtting to be forbidden.
