My tenant is given 11 months rent agreement.
we have informed them the rent will be increased from 12th month.
we have informed them prior 3 months.
the tenant is arguing the RENT INCREASE TALK should happen after they complete 11 months and then the notice period of 3 months along with the existing rent for notice period to be paid.
i know they are not correct.
what should i do to take a stand against them?
