To give a quick revision and context. My wife filed 498a and 406. To convey our feelings legally we sent legal notice to 498a party and asked wife to join me back.
I got a reply from 498a wife lawyer which outlined as below:
- more alligations are added
- some contradictions are there from FIR
- denying all the things we suggested and said all our requests are fake.
- threaten to file domestic violence, misrepresntation, demand of dowry cases against me and my family.
- warning us that if we initiate any legal action against her they will ask money from court.
