Residential plots

I want to buy a residential plot, for that the land is not transfered to non agriculture land, but the builder assured that he has started the process for the same. He is ready to give us a  sale dead for the plot on 100stamp paper plus he added 7-12-8, details of all the past owners of the land & lay out the project. May go further in this dead or any documents missing? who is eligible to sign this agreement? (on seller side)

consult a lawyer before venturing in to purchase.

It is better to purchase the NA land.  Who knows after the sale of Agrl., land builder converts it or not and if he ran away, then burden shifts on you to convert in to NA land and before going to purchase verify the documents and who is going to execute the sale agreement etc.,

Good advice by Adv. Rajeev. Moreover, you can approach some local laywer and may get consultation after showing all the documents. The requirements of the documents can be judged after having seen the available documents.
