Actually I am working in PSB with 3 years experience. I got transfer 2 months back but due to health condition of my son As a female employee I am unable to shift my family(my husband is working at different location) and instead of accept the transfer I have submitted my resignation letter on 21-9-2021 . But HR is not processing my request and telling that I have to report to new location and then I have to submit my resignation letter and this will be effective from the date of submitting the letter in new posting location.
Please guide me whether any legal option is there to proceed on my request and consider my notice period effective from 21st September itself
