hello sirs.i need ur legal oprnion in d following case.in a commercial building which is rigistered on d name of  a man called X,one of his own son is cunducting a small business for last ten years.suddenly on d instance of another son,mr X sell off d property to a third party without even a notice to d inmate.the one who purchased d property approaches d inmate and informs about  d deal when they pays d intial advance to mr.X.d inmate protests to d purchasing party then itself about his dissapproval and he publishes in a local news paper also about d disputd.but, both d parties went ahead with d deal and they get building registered, but however d building is in d pocession of d original inmate only.now ds inmate ,say,MR.A,files a partition suit in d court and its pending.in d mwean while mr.x and d party persuade mr.a to vecate d primisses, hand over d building to d buyer.

now d issue is whether mr,a.can claim right of preemption, and get d sale deed void, and get it registered on his name by paying d same consideration, and getback d pocession pl sugest me d best solution
