Right To Information

Greetings Everyone,

My friend applied for the Canadian Visa for his daughter to study in a Medical Institute in Canada. The files were taken online and he had completed all the Documents required and mentioned for the same.
It took 2 months and they refused the file and did not mention the prior reason for the same. Later, he filed a query for the reason of disapproval and no answer or revert mail had been recieved till date.
I want to know how can my friend get the necessary details for the same, in legal terms from the Embassy, like RTI is for Indian Organizations, but what about the Embassy itself???

Thanks

Visa is nothing but permission granted by a country to the citizens of another country. It is the sovereign right of every country to have the prerogative to permit or not to permit anybody into their country ie to issue or not issue a Visa.RTI is not applicable to foreign embassies.
